What plug comes with WagAir?

The purifier is supplied with a US-style outlet plug only. EU, UK and AU plugs are not available. Rated input voltage and frequency have not yet been confirmed. Please contact us to confirm the electrical requirements before ordering for use outside the US; plug shape alone does not establish electrical compatibility. A filter-only purchase includes no purifier or plug.

Can I order a replacement filter?

The PR4 filter is replaceable. The supplier estimates 4,800 operating hours, about 200 days of continuous use. Actual replacement timing depends on use and room conditions; follow the supplied care instructions. Contact us to confirm the correct PR4 replacement part before selecting the filter-only option. A filter-only purchase includes one filter, with no purifier or plug.

What comes with the purifier?

Please confirm the package contents with us before ordering. The supplier images show the filter layout but do not provide a packing list.
