- Let the foam expand. Unpack it and allow it to recover its shape fully before use. Follow the instructions supplied with your unit.
- Check the position. Place it on a level floor against the furniture. Check that it stays in place before your pet steps on it.
- Introduce it gradually. Let your pet approach at their own pace and supervise while they learn to use it.
The existing care guidance lists a removable, washable cover. Remove the cover before cleaning and follow its care label. Keep the foam insert separate from the cover wash.

Which size should I choose?
Compare your furniture height with the 7.9 in (20 cm) two-step or 11.8 in (30 cm) three-step option. Both are about 11.8 in wide by 13.8 in deep (30 × 35 cm). Consider the gap above the top step and how your pet will approach it.
What is the maximum pet weight?
A confirmed weight limit for these options is not available. Contact us with your pet's weight and the size you are considering before ordering. Customer reviews do not establish a load rating.
Is WagStep a flat ramp?
WagStep has a stepped foam profile, as shown in the pictures. It is not a flat inclined ramp.
What comes in my order?
One WagStep unit in the color and size you select. Furniture and other pictured accessories are not included.
Can I wash the whole stair unit?
The listed washable part is the removable cover. Follow the cover's care label; do not put the foam insert into the cover wash.
